Vulvectomy
Vulvectomy is an operation which involves removing the skin and tissue in the groin and nearby areas. It is usually combined with removal of the lymph nodes in the groin and at the top of the leg (inguinal nodes), as this is where vulval cancer spreads out of the groin.
